Hi. 2025 is the year I turn 20 years old, and I decided this year a lot is going to change about me. I have a lot of healing to do and these are the ways I am achieving it.

1. I'll start physically. I’m two months into Accutane, three months into birth control, and about to start Invisalign next week. I’ve been staying consistent in the gym and doing my best to eat well. Prioritizing my physical well-being means feeling my absolute best. When I feel good physically, everything else in life feels easier. Confidence comes naturally, energy levels stay high, and I show up as the best version of myself in every aspect of my life.

2. Stay true to the evil eye and keep things to yourself. People's jealousy and negativity are real, and their energy can affect you. Protect your peace and don’t give others the chance to project their negativity onto you.

3. Every morning, I start with words of affirmation. From now on, I’m only speaking to myself with kindness. I am smart. I am beautiful. I am kind. Everything works in my favor.

4. School comes first. My future comes first. No distractions, just full focus on building the life I want. I’m finding joy in what I’m studying, knowing that every step I take now is shaping the success I’ll have later. Discipline is not sacrifice; it’s choosing what truly matters. My future is the priority.

5. Kindness above all. What you put into the universe always finds its way back to you. Holding onto grudges only weighs you down, so I choose to let go and move forward. I want to be known as the girl who is kind, the one who radiates warmth and grace. But kindness is not weakness, I will never allow anyone to disrespect me. Standing up for myself and protecting my energy will always go hand in hand with the kindness I choose to give.
